Having to go with Janmark in the SO tells a lot about the Hawks' depth.

A typical Tippett move.

FFS Janmark has already scored his 6th goal. That’s how many he had all last season, and the season before that.

It’s almost like the Stars deliberately suppress offense to try and be a defensively minded team. It sure seems to scare Carolina.

What I remember most is Ferraro's hyperbolic response on whatever highlight show he was narrating at the time.

The puck bounced over his stick because of an imperfection in the ice. Yea, he should have shot it earlier, but he's not the only NHL player to take his time with an empty netter before. He just got unlucky.

BTW, I ran into Mike Smith at the grocery store that year, somewhere around that time. I felt like a total manlet standing next to him. What a giant that guy is.

I think it's compounded because Stefan was a high draft pick, so everything with him was magnified.

Yeah, Ferraro thought they should have kicked Stefan out of the league for this horrible transgression. That dude was an asshole.

I didn't know that the Leafs had a back-up goalie, but Jack Campbell is now 4-0-0 with a GAA of 1.0 and a save percentage of ,965.
