That's just ridiculous. If you're testing them regularly and keeping them in a bubble, this is just insane overkill.

It doesn't make a lot of sense. If guys are going to spread it during games, it'll be on the bench, in corner battles, or in net front battles. Checking won't be it.

The O has overtaken the Q as the softest league in the C.

I think that was real time. It looks like a 4 on 3 power play where everyone was just standing around.

I don’t think that’s possible.

Took all of four games for Dellandrea to get used to, then dominate, on the bigger rinks in Finland:

...and then Liiga closed up shop for 2020.

I think a lot of Stars fans will be pleasantly surprised with this kid.

I've watched all of Canada's WJC games so far and Harley has barely been noticeable. He's also playing on the 2nd pairing. That's no bueno.

The next Team Canada game starts in an hour on the NHL Network.

Like Jason Spezza on a breakaway, I think I’ll pass.

Harley was just ok in his limited role, but he wasn’t flashy or exciting. No one would come away from the game remembering his play. Don’t think he saw a second of PP time. His passes were vanilla 15 footers or dump ins - effective but not really making things happen. He had one dumb moment when he to stood still on the offensive point when the puck was slowly heading his way and looked like a guy who froze when he’d have been better off either pinching or retreating. He never did much with his skates to the point where he was never really skating all that hard. His defensive play was as loose as everyone’s in the game. The one Finland goal went off of Harley’s stick when he reached it out awkwardly on a shot block attempt.

It is a fun product when watching the better teams. The offensive skill level is pretty high, and the defensive play is often chaotic in a way that generates excitement. The strange decisions and odd bounces keep the puck moving around the net a lot. Not like the NHL where a lot more time is spent in the corners and neutral zone.

Say no more. I’ll just assume he’s the next Klingberg and Heiskanen combined from here on out.

That's cute that they're trying, but if the NHL is rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic, this is rearranging deck chairs on a rowboat with multiple holes in it.

See the NHL players will probably get the vaccine in February. As professional athletes and semi celebrities they have inherently more value as human beings than the rest of us.

On the other hand, by my calculation AHL players should slot in around 2024.

Truth is pro athletes getting it before me is better for society. We need sports more than some jerk who *goddesses* about sports online.

Sorry to you and Math. I know you guys care a lot more about this. Man, the US winning 2-0 against a Canadian team who had such an easy time of every game up to the final... Has to suck.

Harley finished +14 but with only one point.

Us playing the USA in the final was like Colorado facing the Stars after having played Phoenix.
