I agree with him.

There's no reason to selfishly go for personal glory when you can unselfishly go for money that you can then compassionately redistribute to beautiful women and alcohol vendors.

No he doesn't.

He’s doing it right. Take a job with a *poo poo* team where he’s guaranteed easy minutes and the most PP time to pad his stats and set him up for another job next season.
I got a ranch in downtown Dallas/I buy diamonds by the ton/Chase cuties in my Cadillac/Drill oil wells just for fun/But when it comes to boots, I need a deal/That will fit me right, toe to heel/So I get my boots at Western Warehouse.

Calgary's not exactly a "*poo poo* team." They might be the #2 team in the Pacific. Especially with all those free points against Vegas and Vancouver.

Calgary is a very bipolar team.
Suck it, Blues.

Jagr played his first game for the Flames on Wednesday.

"What to say? McDavid is just too good,"said Jagr "He's a great player. If he would learn how to score on breakaways a little more, I think he'd score 150 in a season. To score 100 for him … it's possible. I've never seen anything like that in my life, to dominate like that with his speed.

"With his speed, in this game right now where you cannot hold and grab … wow … it's very dangerous. Probably Wayne and Mario [Lemieux] were the same, but you could grab them and hold them with the stick. Those rules are just perfect for [McDavid]. I wouldn't be surprised if someday he scored 100 goals and broke the record. … And it is possible."

29. Scott Oake and Louie DeBrusk had a tremendous After Hours last weekend with Jaromir Jagr. What stood out was Jagr talking about his father, who still works on their farm in the Czech Republic.

“It was funny…. He’s very rich, so I tell him, ‘Why do you do that, Why you still have to be on the farm?’ He’s 76 years old, he’s still riding the tractor and everything. And he said… ‘When I didn’t have much money, that was the thing that gave me a lot of money. I appreciate it and I respect it… I’m not going to stop doing it because I don’t have to.’”

Jagr said he equates that attitude to how he feels about hockey. I really liked that.

Really have to admire how much the guy loves hockey. He's obsessed with it. I'm sort of the same way with peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

He’s gonna beat Gordie Howe. Some NHL team needs to sign him when he's 50.
