Better off being blown out if they're going to lose , maybe they'll do something about the slow and no puck skills defenseman.
All of them are under contract. Suter and Lindell both have NMCs. We'll see.

My bad.

His team is really letting him down not capitalizing on all his amazing possessions. Yet he’s old and has no cup. So mean of them.

It was before my time, but I did go through and watch that whole series a few years ago. That is definitely one of the worst I've ever seen.
And they were trailing game #5 4-0 after the first period with Casey being chased, and that was exactly 32 years ago, day per day lol.

Oh boo hoo.

He’s having like one good shift a game.

He isn’t being let down by anyone.
I mean it sucks for him in the broader sense that his career is winding down and he's still going to finish without a Cup.

The whole team has sucked this round. Even Hintz has been mostly non-threatening.

Pavs has sucked these last three games.

Also, this is nowhere as bad as Game 6 against Tampa Bay. That team QUIT. We crossed the center stripe, what, seven times in 60 minutes? It was the second worst pro sports showing I've ever seen, behind only USMNT's loss to Trinidad and Tobago, which was so bad they should write textbooks about it. At least to-night they're *trying* to score, trying to get into tough areas and get chances. Wyatt and Kiviranta have both been really good, I think. Heiskanen has been a man possessed on the power plays, of which I don't think he ever left the ice on either one.

I mean it does seem a little unfair that Val has a cup and Pavelski doesn’t. But that’s how it goes sometimes.

That was my bigger concern to be honest.

Vegas has been really good at smothering scorers and did that to ours.

You have to be almost perfect defensively to beat them and that ain’t us.

Vegas has gone all-in on high-end talent routinely and it shows. Eichel is like a hockey ninja.

I'm debating whether it'd be more entertaining turning this game off to watch my grandchildren get murdered in CK3.

It has happened like when a pane of glass breaks with 17 seconds left or something. I’m not sure I’ve seen it happen due to fan behavior, but it does happen from time to time.

Can't help but think having most of your offensive forwards being slow skaters makes it hard to generate anything against the kind of big and good defenders Vegas has.

I was worried they’d be almost the perfect foil.

Still we coulda won some of those games so there’s a number of things that can be improved.

Coach Bowman used to talk about how losing teams were usually a lot closer to winning than they realized.

Stay open I guess.

Here’s the thing.

This is actually a typical game three for us.

It’s just that we lost that close game two.

The Vegas power play was a passing clinic. Perfect saucer passes, improvisation, misdirection, and tons of choice looks. They make their opportunities.

The Stars play like they know they’re an inferior team. Keep it simple, fling those high percentage wristers from the point and pray for a deflection or a lucky bounce.

Ok, playing the last 20 seconds, blowing the whistle, then stopping down to change sides was kind of a power down. I thought they just started the 3rd period with 20:20 on the clock.
