Yeah it's the kind of player that doesn't do *poo poo* on shitty teams. Montréal was urging to let him walk for free because he was so lazy and so pissed playing for a rebuilding team. They said DeBoer had him on his radar back from his Florida days.

Dadonov is the better player, but I’d not give him more than a one season deal. He has bounced around for a reason. He seems to be a guy who wears out his coach very quickly.

I don't think he's amazing but he's skilled enough to make the second line real and push people into the proper
roles.

Agreed on a year but he actually hasn’t moved around that much. Mainly Florida, then Ottawa for a year (who can blame him for leaving), then to Vegas who traded him for cap space. Doesn’t seem like it’s him wearing on a coach so much as he’s good enough to be a valuable player but not good enough to be a legit difference maker.
