I enjoyed the one offseason where the Stars kept trying to sell fans they were a miss Benn wraparound from winning the Cup.
The missed wraparound clip should be kept and shown during the Benn jersey retirement ceremony. With the Stone cross-check of course.
(I was quietly cleaning my stick when the cross-check suddenly landed on Stone's neck all by itself)
DeBoer said Oettinger will start again.
Dadonov is out.
I say play Lundkvist. Who gives a *poo poo*. It's not like the guys playing D are doing well. Give him a game for the experience. There's no downside.
I got a ranch in downtown Dallas/I buy diamonds by the ton/Chase cuties in my Cadillac/Drill oil wells just for fun/But when it comes to boots, I need a deal/That will fit me right, toe to heel/So I get my boots at Western Warehouse.

Agree. Hell, get Stanks down here and put him on a line with Wyatt. Lets just go wild ass in the last game.

I would treat it like a preseason game and scratch all non-prospects. Send a message.
I like how Benn called his crosscheck to the jaw an "unfortunate" play. No accountability at all. It's not unfortunate. It was a moronic decision that made a difficult series impossible to win now for his team. Really unbelievable to me his nonchalant attitude about it.

I don't think he actually has a nonchalant attitude about it. I think he's probably pretty eaten up by the mistake. I just think his brain is still old school in terms of communications and keeping things in the room and he obviously has never been a very good communicator with the media.
Yeah, while I'd like to see some different bodies, those who haven't been playing are probably not ready to play at this level. Maybe go with 7 D and add Lundqvist.
I also look at it and see the team desperately needs offense and speed against this Vegas team. Johnston will be without both of his wingers, and if all you do is plug Dellandrea and Glendening on that line, you're dragging it down to be your second fourth line.
This isn't to say a kid like Bourque is guaranteed to get a point, but he has tools those other fill ins don't for the possibility of adding offense.
