Dadonov scored first. Stars win the trade.
I got a ranch in downtown Dallas/I buy diamonds by the ton/Chase cuties in my Cadillac/Drill oil wells just for fun/But when it comes to boots, I need a deal/That will fit me right, toe to heel/So I get my boots at Western Warehouse.

Interesting to see the addition of Dadonov demoted Dellandrea to the Seguin line.

Yeah that Benn line is pretty solid all around. Not amazing mind you, but decent.

They’re at least contributing consistent offense. Not a ton of it, but it’s there.

Shake up the top PP unit. Two full months of failure is enough.

If we don’t score on this 3rd PP in a row, I am not watching the third LOL.

It’s early but the second power play unit looks a lot more balanced with Dadonov.

He looks like he has some hockey smarts.

I mean aside from his obvious skill he very obviously has more containment on the forecheck so yeah. Trade won.

If he can keep this up, he looks like a nice middle six winger, which would be great.

And I saw a bunch of stuff from Habs fans and media about how much he sucked, but I think so much of it comes from expectations. The Habs are terrible, so they expected him to be one of their best forwards. When he comes to the Stars, he’s replacing the team’s worst forward, so he doesn't exactly have to do a lot to win our praise.

Absolutely. All he has to do is be better than the most frustrating guy on the team.

Seguin had a bit more time to aim his turnaround shot than he realized. Dang.

Benn and Pavelski standing still on the PP isn’t working. They reduce the PP to a 3 on 4.
