And they’ve protected it these last four minutes or so of game time by letting the Coyotes have the puck the whole time.

Bowness loves 3-2 wins, so it's just back to basics.

It’s ok. This fluke goal against will wake them up.

Nope. Another grade A scoring chance for Arizona.

I am absolutely shocked that Bones did the right thing by calling a timeout to settle the Stars down. We haven’t seen that since Game 6 of the Calgary series.

No real surprise to see Bowness shorten his bench in the third again and give all of the extra ice time to the Faksa line.

Loser point achieved. *f-bomb* Bowness. Fire him before the playoffs start.

Celebration after being raped by the Coyotes in the third. The most pathetic playoff qualification in franchise history.

And Vegas blew it again in SO anyway.

Edit: I really want the Stars to lose this game.

This loss extra stings because it guaranteed the Habs the 32nd spot.

Well I guess it doesn't matter that we are no longer a great 3 on 3 OT team.

This is pure genius.

Easy to anticipate Bowness's post-game presser:
- Listen, we are in, that's all that matters. It's as simple as that.
- I'm proud of the guys, they deserved to be in the postseason.
- Give credit to Arizona. They are fast, they are talented, they never give up, that's hell of a hockey team.
- Wedgewood was great, he gave us the opportunity to win.
- We played fantastic in the second. We will focus on that.
- We weren't lucky, hit the post several times, and they had a lucky goal too.
- We were tired, we played yesterday so it was hard to regroup after the Vegas win

You have to think our first line giving up 2 goals and our entire team getting only 2 shots in the second is a bit more than just tiredness. Something is going on with the culture there maybe. I dunno. It feels weird.

While they are not the world's most skilled team, you have to think they're capable of getting a few more shots in that part of such an important game.
