There can't possibly be this much Jay Mohr hockey content out there. I'm starting to think Cody's commitment to this bit is so excessive that he hired Jay Mohr for a photoshoot. It's not like he's busy.

Jay Mohr was one of three celebrities who publicly say they like hockey, so Mohr was part of every NHL awards ceremony for about 20 years. Cody could do this all next season as well.

Nah, I'll be dropping the bit a couple weeks after we win the Cup this year.

Is he joking? Is he not joking?

Stars fans don't drop bits. We're on 25 years of asking how much time is left in a period. We have a guy who has spent 20 years wearing the same jacket to pound on the glass because he thinks he's famous. We're going on five years of yelling woo when leading by a couple of goals in the third period.

Someone makes an "expanded offensive role" joke at least once a year here.

Tonight has the opportunity to be either life affirming, or soul crushing.

We can be in a playoff spot due to our game in hand/winning %, and tied for (if not leading) the rookie scoring race.

Or we can be the Dallas Stars ...

In my mind, this game is listed as a logical regulation loss. Any other result will be a disappointment in good.

Jamie saw his shadow last game which means six more weeks of maintenance.

What's with the Stars whipping no look passes rink wide to waiting Lightning players?

My Fox Sports Go app updated to Bally. I just saw Jamie take an unnecessary leadership penalty, so the app seems to be showing the game correctly.

Nice save by Oettinger on what should have been a goal.

I think 4 shots on goal will be tonight’s moral victory threshold.
