Huh. Let me try something.

I’m starting to think a Tim Horton’s based training regimen is catching up with Benn. He was dog *poo poo* on the power play.

Now that he scored a goal, I have to learn how to spell Caamano.

Finally.

Jesus.

We certainly don't have our knack for protecting leads this year.

I love how Hintz was the big question mark on our top 6 to start the season. Now he's the only consistent offensive threat we have.

The secret for the Stars to look dangerous is to take two opponents off the ice.

In theory we should have beaten Detroit and lost to Boston, St. Louis, Washington.
1-3 and all is right again.

Also nice to see Seguin backcheck and pick Ovechkin’s pocket.

Seguin has been fine so far this season. Benn still sucks though.

They are different players. Unlike Nichuskin he can elevate the puck and has a great shot.
Maybe in the end it will be like Honka, where Gurianovs skill is wasted like Honka, since he can't think the game fast enough.

Yeah, that was pretty lame puck protection by Ovechkin, easy pick for Seguin. I thought Radulov had to shoot, but he found a space.

I felt it was a good moment of drama in the game. Seguin kind of had an unfortunate series of events leading up to the Washington goal. Then, he came back and stole the puck in OT and finished it. Nice story.

Caamano has shot more pucks into NHL nets than Nichushkin, Honka, and Gurianov over this season and last. He’s out scoring three consecutive first round picks.

Caamano may actually belong, but it's early.

It's funny that the people we were counting on are just now starting to show up. If this team gets it together, I think we will have a good season after all.

Caamano is going to be decent according to NHL 20.

Neal's got 6 goals in 3 games so far this year. After scoring 7 all of last season.

Neal has almost as many goals as the entirety of the Calgary Flames.

If he's a 50 something point player again, that's not fine.

50 points is still like 5 or 6 more points than Caamano will score before Thanksgiving.

So four games in and Gurianov has already lost his spot in favor of L'Esperance, Caamano, Gardner, and Dowling.

Gardner and Caamano seem fine to me. They aren't elite talent, but they seem like perfectly fine bottom-6 NHL-level forwards. Which is kind of what you want from late-round draft picks - serviceable NHL talent on inexpensive contracts.

Yeah, those two aren't gunning for a top-6 role. They're there to prevent Nill from spending $4 mil on some 35 year old fourth line grinder.

Gurianov is going to lose his spot to either Dickinson or Perry whenever one of them gets healthy. Gurianov had a training camp and preseason to lock down an open second line spot, and he’s not earned it. He’s been lucky that injuries have extended his tryout, but he’s not taking advantage of this luck.
