They will not win if this gets to overtime. Bishop will wear down and make a mistake.

There was time to make a play there. But, of course they just sat back in the d-zone like a bunch of pussies.

Is there any other sport on the planet that allows you to just take out a guy when he's going for possession?

Ridiculous man.

Ok. Win one shift, win a series.

How this is going to OT is a miracle.

I already know the outcome. Not even nervous about it.

Told y'all. Stick fouls on non important plays = penalty. Wipe out a player in the crease to eliminate a scoring chance = NBD.

Started Lovejoy/Fedun/Ritchie/Polak in an elimination game.

Stars have obviously been told to send it up the boards when they're in trouble deep in their zone. Blues are now jumping 99% of those pucks at the points. Zero adjustment from Monty. Rinse, repeat, tired Stars players.

That very well could've been a goal. He was unimpeded to the net.

Now I don't feel as bad about getting the one off the ref's skate.

Hey, maybe the Stars are embarrassed about that? They've basically played like crap since.

Also, Keith Jones can blow me. Boring, dumb and predictable. Sharp is great though. I like him a lot.

I’m shocked I’m saying this, but Nichushkin should have been in over Ritchie. He’s at least good defensively and doesn’t take penalties.

Klingberg looks like trash tonight.

I wish they’d go to Sharp / Kevin Weeks / Anson Carter - recent former players with personality.

A bunch of depth players are hurt. What other better options are there? Not sure what you expect Monty to do.

I think Klingberg has been fine. Heiskanen (I know, he's 19) has looked rattled.

Agreed. Klingberg and Radulov have actually been the most creative and poised players for the Stars this game, imo.

Klingberg had 3 amazing setups at least in the offensive zone that were whiffed on.

Fedun's in there? Oh I didn't notice.

We're definitely going to win then.

I was all determined to be positive no matter what because this is a good season, but a couple shots in the last 2 periods is hard as hell to stomach, man.

It is pretty amazing that we made is this far. Is St. Louis the best team in the West? Maybe. I think quite possibly. And it comes down to one play.

I don't know how to feel about this right now. My stars PTSD is waiting on Bishop to Kari it up in here, but there are players on the team who I think can actually do this.

Can I go to sleep and y'all can just tell me what happened in the morning? Like that guy who didn't know about 9/11 for a couple of days?

Mid season I thought we had zero chance of making the playoffs. Then I thought we’d get slaughtered in the 1st round. But now we’re knocking on the door to the next round. It’s all good.
Could of.

It’s worth something how both Nashville and St. Louis were favorites and have been stifled into frustration by the Stars. As freaked out as we are about failing to get shots, imagine their fans seeing all of this possession dominance but with only one goal to show for it.
