Ok that was awesome.

Remember game one how raucous and arrogant the crowd was in St. Louis? They were pissed and surly tonight. Until that unearned gift Bishop handed them. But that still wasn't enough.

Very impressed by Dallas's poise tonight. Not the Stars team of a few years ago.

This would've been a 7-1 Stars victory if Fedun had skated.

That PK right afterwards killed all their momentum.

Yes.

And the sad part is (for them) that was their best and most energized PP of the night.

They looked tired compared to us as the game wore on.

I love how angry and frustrated the crowd was. Hope that's their last home game.

I will say this.

Dallas scores on their wide open chances and this game isn't even close.

I definitely hope there's another series, because I want Spezza to exceed his season goal production in the postseason.

IMO, the Blues looked embarrassingly bad for most of the game. They struggled to corral the puck in their own end and started to play hot potato when our forecheckers pressured.

I was extremely frustrated we couldn't get more than 2 with their mistakes, but ah well. I'll take a playoff win.

the Blues are really really good at one thing imo, and it requires having the puck in our zone, so I'd like to pressure their defense more.

This is fun.

I have no idea why the Stars don't want to do this whole postseason thing more often.

NBC is having to begrudgingly admit now that the Stars are pretty damned good at a few things.

YES. I was worried that we’d spend the 3rd period with no up ice pressure. I hate when we try to protect leads by not attacking.

I don’t think the Blues can win two in a row.

My head was still saying "same old Stars. They're gonna choke now", but I managed to push it aside.

I laughed at that too when they started doing it. Of course they then immediately jinxed Bishop with their uninspired, forced praise.
