This is entirely a mental thing. The Stars know they aren’t out of it this year even when they go down by a goal or two, and Montgomery’s “stick with the process” message is paying off.

As Chinese fire drill as they look sometimes, their speed usually shines through on both sides of the puck.

Hopefully Nill is seeing that fast and smart is doing a lot better than veteran-y but slow.

This team is actually a lot different from Nashville and in some ways less fun.

Also, 30 minutes for Lindell. Wow.

Ott is a douchebag. He and that whole group 10 years ago were frustrating to watch.

Lindell is a throwback. He’s got that Gordie Howe upper body and oak trees for legs. It’s not very often he gets pushed around.

  1. Some day all of mankind’s ruined cities and monuments will be carried out to the seas by sedimentation and erosion. Tectonic shift will slowly grind everything until it becomes unrecognizable, sinking below the earth’s crust, melted and destroyed. Even the continents themselves will be eventually be consumed. New ones will arise. No trace of the world as we know it will remain.
  2. Roope Hintz is f-ing lit right now, dude. He looks like the best player on the team.
Could of.

Roope is now the leading rookie scorer of the playoffs.

Much to every fantasy boy’s chagrin... We’ve got a player that skates like the wind and can Hockey.

Got to give Nill credit on this one.

Our highly productive second line is two guys who spent half the season as healthy scratches and a third guy who wasn't on the team until two months ago.

Was Dickinson even scratched once? Hintz might have only been scratched one time.

Dickinson has been a regular when healthy, from what I recall.

I like how Roope/Miro pulled the can opener on the Calder finalist.

Not sure it means anything, but kind of interesting that four of the starters for the Stars yesterday were undrafted.

It says very clearly he is not from Norway, but the British Columbia flag is different than I remember.
