Yeah, to be fair they're always kinda like this, even in super cold climates. One of the reason I'm not a huge fan of us being in it. It's who figures out the situation quickest. (or, in our case, don't take huge penalties right the beginning when ice surface is the best)

Can’t ask for a better start to a period.
I got a ranch in downtown Dallas/I buy diamonds by the ton/Chase cuties in my Cadillac/Drill oil wells just for fun/But when it comes to boots, I need a deal/That will fit me right, toe to heel/So I get my boots at Western Warehouse.

They looked great in the first couple of shift of the game until Perry... well, you know.

He doesn't bother me as much when the game is actually exciting because then his faux excitement over every single thing doesn't seem unnecessary.

Ok I get it. Perry's major followed by Comeau's delay of game was part of the plan and were purely voluntary to give Nashville a 2-goal lead without arousing suspicions, so that the Stars could play their classical trailing hockey and have the best chances to win.

I actually really like the different camera angles. I wish they would use these different angles more. It gets boring watching games from the exact same view every game.

I'm legitimately surprised they won this after the first period. Very good effort.

These were definitely better than the one the Stars use from a cameraman standing at the corner along the boards.

When the Preds look back on this season, they're gonna realize they were only one period away from winning the Winter Classic and don't need to make a lot of changes
