Seguin maybe, but we haven't been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs yet, so I wouldn't expect a hat trick from Benn.

Fuuuuuuuuuuck this.

Maybe a genius move. Let them individually show they are motivated. If they are, that might be two lines doing something.

Riiiiiiiiiight.

I'm trying my best to find a silver lining. Cut me some slack.

Stop being mean to Benn. Don't you know how sensitive he is?

I'm going to laugh so hard when Jamie gets zero points, zero hits and Seguin hits 3 crossbars again even after all of the drama.

Scratching Val over Ritchie? At least Val can keep up.

It doesn’t matter. He’s a zero sum player just like Ritchie. That one does nothing at a higher rate of speed is a meaningless distinction in my mind. Hopefully, the new GM gets rid of both of them.

I’m more worried about Gurianov and Hintz now. Two guys who go down to the AHL, put up nice numbers now, but can’t replicate it at the NHL level. They are purposely being handed top six minutes now, so they need to turn effort and potential into goals.

You’re really not giving Hintz much of a chance to succeed by putting him with *fargin'* horseshit players.

I'm not really watching. How many WTF texts would you say Gaglardi has sent this period.

2.5 for the 2.5 hits Jamie Benn suddenly had. Purely out of shock.

I bet Benn goes quiet on the hits now that he's earned his money.

Finally some primary scoring from Comeau. Looks like Lites calling out players has had an effect.

Those reddit fuckers can downvote me all they want.

Benn looks done to me. He's still slow and refuses to stop on pucks.

Don’t worry, I’m sure Jamie will get a secondary assist on the empty net goal to prove all the haters wrong.

So how much horseshit is it if everyone but Benn and Seguin score?

The team is really just proving Lites's point. The entire team is stepping up its game except for Benn and Seguin.

Well, the Wings outside of Larkin pretty much sucked. Their goalie was awful. So let’s just be grateful for 2 points and that the Stars didn’t fall apart. They could have after the day’s bullshit.

I had the Detroit broadcast, and they yammered on the Lites comments, even showing a throw back to Dallas the soap opera, JR and all that. Very lame. However, they implied that the message was delivered straight from Gaglardi. They thought that it was a bit much given Jamie and Tyler aren’t that far off their usual point totals. They thought it was pretty nuclear.
