He has great penmanship. How good is ovechkin’s penmanship? Hmm?

Petterson hurt his knee against the Habs tonight. That is a big blow to the league, but great for Miro!

Man. What did O'Reilly say to him to make him that pissed?!?!

I have to wonder about O'Reilly. Obviously, he's a really solid player. But every team that dumps him improves a lot right away, and whoever picks him up goes straight to the toilet (or stays there if they were already elbow-deep in *poo poo*). That... can't be a total coincidence.

Ryan O’Reilly and James Neal should be on the same team.

I wonder if the Canadiens still think Subban wasn't the right person for their team?

Occasionally, he does douchey *poo poo* on the ice. But, overall he seems like a pretty classy guy.

7-1-1 in the games McDavid hasn't missed with their next two games at Colorado and at Winnipeg.

Just checked in on Hitchball, 2-7-0 in the last 9. They finished 2018 losing 7 of their last 8. Hitch’s bit wore out in record time.

Man. You gotta know when to quit. Hitch is a relic of the past at this point and this is precisely why I was against hiring him back in 2017.

Always interesting when organizations put out cryptic information about player issues. Blue Jackets announced Bobrovsky "will not be with the team tonight against Nashville". The quote from the GM:

"There are certain expectations and values that we have established for our players that define our culture," said Kekalainen. "An incident occurred in which Sergei failed to meet those expectations and values, so we made the decision that he would not be with the team for tonight's game. This is an internal matter and we will have no further comment at this time."

Welp, that certainly won't lead to any more questions or digging.

*fargin'* hate that *poo poo*...

Just say you scratched him for a maintenance game and leave it at that if you're not going to give us the exciting details...

Man, what a fargin horsesh*t player:

Since then, Laine has only scored three times in 19 games dating back to Dec. 1. He’s gone stretches of six, five and four games without lighting the lamp and it has many concerned, questioning everything from his motivation to his morale.

Management can afford to be laid back when they hit on so many draft picks that when one of their top tier players goes through a dry spell, all their other home run picks can pick up the slack.

I'll say what everyone else was saying to us about Benn and Seguin.

We will gladly take him off your hands, Winnipeg.

Imagine a guy being questioned who, despite this extended slump, would still lead the Stars in goals and would be tied for third in points.

Winnipeg was gifted Laine in that bullshit lottery, then was gifted Connor when we and Boston (three times!) passed on him.

*f-bomb* the Jets.

Wes McCauley is fantastic. I do wish the NHL would do more with mic'ing up players and refs and coaches and allow you to tap into those feeds.

Nothing beats my favorite penalty call ever - "you can't do that, Shawn!" on Horcoff.

That's too bad, that guy was a great player in the league for a long time. He would've easily retired with 500 goals if injuries hadn't derailed him.

Apparently, the new all-star jerseys are purely black and white and feature team logos.

I see the person responsible for the practice jerseys we wore from 07-13 has been hired by the league.
