Guerin is one of the few players from the Tippett era that I remember fondly. Too bad it didn't work out in the end.

A big night for excuses. In addition to the usual inconvenience caused by playing in two cities on back to backs, Razor said the team plane spent two hours on the ground in Chicago waiting for deicing.

Hitch is going to try to get fresh legs in by playing every guy who was scratched last night.

I think tonight I’ll make a Pittsburgh style pizza, which is basically just a cheesesteak sandwich sprinkled with soot.

Spezza did the I league stop skating, coast, and reach thing that guarantees you don’t help anything.

The quality of play is declining as the period goes on. I don’t think the Stars have much of a chance in a battle of wild ass hockey.

Phil Kessel would easily be my favorite player if he was a a Star. The guy is funny to look at.

Read my mind. Kessell is the man. The White House visit was the best.

This Stars team is a hard working, skilled, resilient bunch. If they close this one out? Damn.

It's amazing how far out of position Kari was to make that one timer at the very center of the net look like a heroic save.

That tying goal was kinda lucky on the broken play. Still though, good to even pull a point out of this game given how shitty it was at the start.

Seguin is on fire right now. The funny thing is it looked like he threw himself off a bit when he almost lost it at the blue line.

One of the problems we face is our goaltending is too awesome.

Slightly annoyed that they backed off and tried to hang on to the lead in the third. I wanted to watch them bury PIT, keep the pressure on all the way to the end.
