I don’t know about this one. Bishop is in net. Thought maybe after his last outing Kari would be in. Honka is out. It’s probably not a bad thing for him to sit and watch a game every here or there. And of course we’re rooting for Heatherington. Columbo is coming off their bye, having not played great before. Go rust! They’re playing their back up goalie. They must have seen the stats. :|. On the other hand, Brobrovsky is not in net.

Hopefully the Stars rested up from the Boston game because they weren’t very energetic in Detroit.

Heatherington's nickname is apparently 'Heater' and not 'Heather'.
Instant dislike for him.

Heathers would be ideal.

Lots of shots from distance.

Maybe taking the team out for beer and burgers yesterday wasn't the best idea.

Did you hear Spezza's quotes about how he overcame being scratched? He talked about all the support he got from everyone after being scratched and how much it meant to him. It sounded like he lost a close family member.

In my mind, I picture Spezza giving that interview while Honka and Smith sit beside him listening to him talk about the tragedy of being scratched.

I didn't hear Spezza's comments, but I heard Hitch and he also made it sound like a huge personal tragedy that they all had to get through together as a team.

God, I hate *fargin'* Columbus. Torts preaches "safe is death," and then all of his teams put five goalies on the ice trying to win 0-0 in the shootout.

The puck was bouncing all over the ice too. I wouldn't put it past Torts to have the arena crew purposefully make bad ice, just to slow things down even more.

We were on the wrong side of dull until the third period. Eh, Columbus is hard to play against, but we tried.

I think the call was right. Radulov was far into the crease and Korpiwhatever was back in the net. Radulov's presence prevented the goaltender from making the save.

If the jerseys were flipped, we'd be freaking out if it was ruled a goal.
