The other teams you are playing are not Dallas, so you can't rely on them to just collapse in the 3rd period.

Bishop says he is not happy about being pulled.
I got a ranch in downtown Dallas/I buy diamonds by the ton/Chase cuties in my Cadillac/Drill oil wells just for fun/But when it comes to boots, I need a deal/That will fit me right, toe to heel/So I get my boots at Western Warehouse.

5 straight was an uphill battle. Not to mention, CO came to play.

Was a bit odd to pull Bishop when the game was still very much in hand. Hitch is the coach, don't forget it.

Hopefully a good learning experience for Julie. He's going to make mistakes.

Since he was looking like Kari out there, why not let Kari do it.

Atrocious officiating at the end.

"It was time to make a change, we were slow and dozy across the board," he said. "We needed a wake-up call, so we got it. It has nothing to do with Ben Bishop. It has to do with: `Wake up, let's get playing.' Which is exactly what we did. It has nothing to do with Ben, and I'll do the same thing with any other goaltender.

Obviously we understand the reasoning, but that *poo poo* gets thrown right out the front door when your back-up is Lehtonen.
I firmly believe that keeping Bishop in would have gotten us at least a loser point.

I don't know. Bishop looked off to me even before I thought he might get pulled.

In all fairness to Hitch, the Stars were a completely different team in the third.
