I can. It was when Tippett was here and deploying the same "protect the 1-goal deficit" strategy.

I fondly recall using that strategy to perfection against the Avs in the playoffs those two times.

Yes, sooo boring, that awesome little goal of Dickinson's, the speed of our babies, and Julie's third time is the charm because he keeps the puck for so long OT goal. Totally dull.

Didn't watch. I thought the season was over.

That game had all the intensity of a preseason All Star game.

But how do you know who the all-stars are if the season hasn't even started?

Boom. Mind blown.

Try to watch the highlights. Hopefully, you get to see the entirety of Honka's last shift. It was awesome.

Honka was easily the best player in OT, it wasn't even close. Literally skating circles around everyone else.

Based on the highlights, it appears the Texas Stars won last night.

Agreed, Honka looked great against the second worst team in the league who was missing their top three players and had nothing to play for.

Stars best player, Hemsky also absent.

Honka looked great on offense. Dickinson's goal looked pretty sweet too. And they both were puck watching and not playing defense when Arizona scored their game tying goal.

I did a quick search and couldn't find a clip of his whole shift, but there was this great move and pass for what should have been a tap in goal. Smith whiffed the tap in.

Also, it's funny how the ultra low def broadcast gives the ice a purple hue when it is screen captured.

Clip caught that awful Razor remark, that Honka is as lethal as a nerve agent. Uh, definitely too soon, dude.

It would be funny if it became a bit of a national story.

Whatever. Razor doesn't give a *f-bomb* what anyone thinks.

When was the first "Lindy's Last Stand" thread? December? Well, the real lastest stand is finally here.

Buh Bye!

Kinda sad to have only two games left. Most of the games since the deadline have been pretty fun, and actually well played. Hopefully they remember this when next season starts.

I wonder what Lindy will do after this. Does he get hired anywhere?

As long as there are timid, risk-averse GMs, there will always be a market for failed re-tread coaches.

I'd be curious to see who has been on the ice for all of these goals against, but the NHL's terrible terrible website makes it impossible to get to the neat info they used to post. Christ, it's a shitty website. I clicked everywhere in that *fargin'* game tracker and couldn't find it. *f-bomb* the NHL.

Edit: I found it. I had to go to the game preview to find the stats. That makes sense.
