I'm just a little worried that the injury bug is going to grab this team by the balls and never let go.

As long as Korpikoski stays healthy, we should be good.

How dare he taint the great Jason Botterill's #38.

He pulled it out of the rafters. Totally threw off the pregame ceremony planned for Thursday.

Since I survived Las Vegas, I'm going to go to opening nite, rewalk the stroke-path from the final game of the regular season.

Looks like Nill is carrying 8 d again. Also looks like another season in the press box for Oleksiak.

I recently learned that Seguin is back and skating. So that's good news. For those of you who don't remember, he used to play for Dallas a long time ago.

I'm starting to get a little concerned that we might have to start someone other than Bishop on Thursday.

I'm cool with it: it's only a regular season game, after all.

Well they signed that Russian dude, so Bishop is going to be ours any second.

The Russian guy signed a "team-friendly" deal. They're still half a million bucks under the cap.

GODDAMIT.

F*ck the Russians and their constant pursuit of team as opposed to individual goals.

To me, there is no good reason for the Bolts to trade Bishop. Maybe there was when they were worried about getting under the cap.

I know Bishop is going to be a free agent this summer, but Tampa is still trying to win a Cup. I think this talk about how Tampa has to trade Bishop is irrational fan talk. For some reason, fans think every pending UFA must be traded for something. Maybe if you are a fan of a team with no hope, but a team trying to win a Cup is going to get a lot more value from having the guy on their roster than they will the magic beans that do zero good to helping their Cup chances.

MVP McClure is right.
The Kucherov contract news today killed our Bishop chances.

Also, Spezza and Sharp will wear the A's this season.

It made sense when Kucherov was holding out for what he's actually worth ($7 million a season), but it's become a moot point now that Tampa signed him for less than what we paid Gonchar. If Kucherov had come in at what he's worth, they'd have had to jettison Bishop just to get back under the cap. Now... not so much.

I disagree with all of the above, because it is unpleasant to me.

He was listed as "definitely out" before, so that's actually an upgrade for Oleksiak.

He doesn't list the goalies. So it could be Bishop.

Jesus, if I'm gonna crawl my way to the game you'd think the least the Stars could do is provide a decent goalie for me to sit above.

How's your glove hand looking? I'm not opposed to letting you play goalie.

Glove hand's good. Left hand - not so much.
