I really dislike to current trend of design with everything primarily white and some grey accents. Like you said, just boring.

On one hand, I get it. Why keep something you don't use? Every time he moves, he has to figure out what to do with a stupid motorcycle he never rides.

On the other hand, I enjoy assuming this is him cleaning house on Stars stuff as a subtle FU.

I don't see him riding the motorcycle much with the twins and another on the way. I picture it as a wife-driven move.

I'm more interested in why Belfour is selling such a large portion of his stuff. Pretty memorable items in his collection - including his replica trophies they give the players and his Olympic gold medal. I was actually considering bidding on his first Dallas helmet, but I think the price has already gone over my budget.

Maybe Modano's financial adviser fucked him over again and he's hard pressed for cash.

Just $8000? Jamie could take a *poo poo* in a hobo's lap and sell it for twice that right now.

The logo is weird. It reminds me of the cartoonish Texas Stars logo before the rebrand.

Chicago vs NorthStars alum tomorrow on NHL Network.
Modo will have a hatty against the codgers, he's a rookie all over again.

Will this be shown on NBC as well? I have a VPN and the NHL app on roku, but don't know if they'll have the NHL Network feed.

I'm interested to see Mike and JR play again.

doubting it... did find where Fox Chicago supposedly will be airing it... you might check if FoxSSW will have it? Or just hit up a bar with the NHL Network.

If I wanted to watch Modano phoning in a meaningless game I would watch any Stars game in the month of March from 2009 or 2010

I just want to see JR cheap shot him from behind again so that Derian Hatcher can suit up and destroy his jaw again.

By sheer conincidence, the Down Goes Brown guy's Youtube Clip of the Week was the last 90 seconds of the final North Stars game in Minnesota. It's greatness:

Amazing how long it took them to rebrand themselves as the Wild.

Was a pretty good game, considering.
Mo was flying on Defense, but was kind of shy about showing up the old men.
He did turn it on a few times, had the Cape flappin & such, had an assist & an empty netter.
Also had the highlight of the game, sort of.
Late in the 3rd, he blew by the D, caught up to the puck & threw on the brakes at the goalie for an easy tap in only to be robbed at the last instant by the sweeping desperate stick of the Goalie.
Elevate Mo, Elevate. :D

My pleasure. It was quite a thrill seeing all those players and those uniforms together again.

Yeah, the Alumni game was pretty good. Started out slow, well, 'cause they are slow, but there were some awesome moments. Not particularly the Savard, Ciccarelli fight. Game picked up as it went along and you could tell the players really wanted to win.

Looked like Modano was crying when they announced his name. :). He did receive one of the loudest rounds of applause.

I'd put him on Line 1 right now.
His hands have not aged, that's for sure.
Jamie cannot pass with his head up.
Sequin cannot accept a pass unless it's centered 100% on the middle of his stick, and flat on the ice.

I miss Mo to Zubov to Mo to Sydor to Zubov to Mo to HULL = cue the goal horn.
(and not that shitty Pantera song either, which should only be played at game start)

Seguin is already better than any of those forwards you just listed.
