Who wants short shorts?

Postby wonko80 » Fri Aug 01, 2008 1:27 pm

Apparently Avery does.

When the hockey star Sean Avery took an internship at Vogue earlier this summer, the work uniform that the fashion-besotted left wing chose included a shorts suit that showcased his athletic calves.

“Why go to work and be hot?” he asked last week, adding that there was no compelling business reason to look modest and dull on the job. “You can look good and not have that boring-type look,” said Mr. Avery, who signed with the Dallas Stars this summer after several seasons with the Rangers. “Why are women allowed to do it and not men?”

ummmmm well if their office was in Chelsea then it'd be acceptable
So to wax or not to wax? He's just looking to get beat up in the lockeroom/ice

- because we look good when we wear them
Maybe the NHL can raise the shorts up a few inches next season

On a blog I visit (written by a gal who lives in New York), we discussed the shorts suit.

All thought it was tacky.

The only person on Earth who should not be shot immediately for wearing a shorts suit is Angus.

Other than that, just go to nice khaki shorts and a Polo in climates that support it.
Winamp - it really whips the llama's ass.
