I think we have no idea how bad the shutdown and uncertainty for 2020-21 has really impacted teams - I suspect it is a lot worse than anyone outside of the league and the organizations knows.

Heck, I wonder how many of these RFAs not getting qualifying offers comes from the fact team are less interested in filling out AHL rosters than in years past.
