Uh, yeah. No joke. I thought we'd be lucky to be 1-1.

It's fun right now. Big playoff win streak. Different hero every night.

Tonight the hero was Radulov's shoulder.

I'm enjoying this. Not saying I'm comfortable, but can't ask for anything more at this point.

They were humming in the first period, but I wonder if theyr’re getting gassed. MacKinnon was close to 24 minutes tonight. Rantanen and Landeskog were both over 21. Same thing in game one. That’s a lot of ice time for forwards.

It’s house money at this point. The way we dragged ass into the bubble, who had us here? We all expected the steamrolled sweep from Calgary. Why not us at this point? I mean I fully expect that if we do take this one we get buzz sawed by Vegas. But who knows?

I expected them to throw everything they had at us in that first and they did, but I mainly mean that NHL playoff teams rarely get deep on the weight of one line generating pressure. Sooner or later -- even if it's not us -- they're going to struggle against someone.

I also am irked at how often they got a call by grabbing on to one of our player's sticks, skating with it latched under them, and making it look like a hold. This trick is working a bit too much. Yeah, they earned some power plays. But they shouldn't have had 8.

Sooooooo, what did Anson Carter mean when he said, “I like Ben Bishop as a goaltender, but he’s never available. And you think ... well, Ben Bishop, he’s missing his chiclets. Like how many goalies are missing their teeth. So that’s telling you he’s a little fragile.”

I hope I'm wrong, but I still have a feeling that this is all going to come crashing down. Can't believe how they killed off all those penalties. The refs where trying to make the game interesting and the Stars didn't flinch.

I thought that was a pretty dumb comment. From Anson Carter of all people.

Thanks for that. The coverage here could not find the puck.

I think he was trying to say that Bishop is so fragile that he has lost teeth even though he wears a full facemask 100% of the time on the ice as compared to skaters. It was a bad point.

I also hate the Avs running interference every time the Stars forecheck.

Really it's mostly Khudobin. Without his godlike goaltending, Avs probably win this 6-4.

I thought it was ironic because Carter seemed quite fragile during his own career.

The call that they got Comeau on at the end I thought was something the Avs get away with. They can call it. Fine. But always call it.

Look at it this way, stay out of the box and the Avs lose half of their offense.

Yeah, it's kinda dumb how well it is working. I though Fedun's penalty shouldn't have been one because it was super obvious his stick was clamped down on.

I think Ben Bishop should rub some dirt on his soft tooth enamel and suck it up.

If the Avs score 6, Stars score 8 though. I can make up my own butterfly effect.

The Avs really also made a mistake scoring that second goal. It flipped a switch for the Stars.

I mean yeah. He was even looking at the ref before as if to say "man, do you see this."

Dur.

I don't think the Avs will be underestimating the breakaway threat that is Lindell anymore either.

The eye contact might force the ref to call something in apology.

I did have a bet for the final score to be 4-2 stars win, and at 19:50 of the 3rd period to tall had to ruin that for me. Ugh paid 30 to 1

After watching Bishop get lit up when he tried to fight through it, I’m fine with him taking it slow.

Dobby looks very solid. Giving up few rebounds. Great positioning. Even if Bishop were healthy I would not change anything unless some momentum changes (which it will eventually of course).
