Happy job hunting in May, pal.

If the Stars get in an win a round, he’s not going anywhere.
Winamp - it really whips the llama's ass.

You think so? If I was Gaglardi, it would have to be Conference finals or better for me to not fire him at this point.

It is hard to say. If they don’t get out of the second round, I bet Gaglardi will want big changes. He gave Nill the green light this summer to throw another big contract on the fire. If this doesn’t work out, does he blame Nill or decide he wants someone else to try to fix it?

Also, anyone else like the move to pull Bishop with Blake Comeau as the extra attacker?

He is the team's 10th leading goal scorer. But yes, a terrible decision. He's not exactly amazing at puck possession in the offensive zone. Although on this team I'm not sure who really is.

That seems bad, but Comeau used to score at a decent clip before he came to the Stars.

I do. I think the Stars really think they are in the elite level of teams and that they've bought into this defensive-minded slog of an on-ice product. I think that Nill is probably very well-regarded and will get all kinds of a pass for his brave leadership during the opening slump and the Monty firing.

Gotta lock down that -1 goal lead.

I'd go even further. If the Stars get into the playoffs and lose vs. Colorado/St. Louis in tight 6 or 7 games, he will be back next season. But it will be his last call for a deep run.

This, and #16 at the blue line. The perfect set-up to fix any turnover.

I did notice, and like Slaps says, he was a scorer back in the day, but with the goalie pulled, I’d think it was his defensive skills that made him a candidate.

Comeau could at least potentially score. It’s not like he put Janmark out there.

Josi was fined $5000 for cross checking Perry. Usually just a call when Perry is involved is a real shocker, but an actual fine. Wow.

Should have been a one-game suspension, but it was Perry so that was never going to happen.
