2/27 Stars @ Bruins — The Ritchie Rich show

:AngryNinja:

The Hintz-Dickinson-Gurianov line was too efficient and they told they like to play with each other: time to dismantle that line.

There was at least two seconds where that line focused on something other than hanging back and defending, so they will naturally sit most of the game.

With the way Stars vs. Bruins games are covered, you’d think Tyler Seguin is the only guy to have ever been traded in the last 20 years.

Polak and Sekera together.

Now I'm scared.

Charlie Coyle owns us. I’m glad he’s not in our division anymore at least.

Another Janmark breakaway, I wonder how it ended?

Quick reminder that the Stars drafted Honka instead of Pastrnak.

Just caught up... Stars were beaten by the best team in the league. I guess that's acceptable?

It is. No wonder why they are first, they were a bit better in every aspect, their depth and PP is ridiculous. What can we say against the Stars? Sekera and Polak messed up on the first Bruins goal, Polak and Lindell got caught by Ritchie and Pastrnak's speed, otherwise they played a good game, give credit to the Bruins. They came up strong in the third and just came short.

Did Dickinson even play tonight? The stat sheet says he had 17 minutes but that seems like fake news.

This also came after the Bruins had a couple of bad losses in a row. It’s never fun to be in the crosshairs of a good team recently embarrassed.

What the hell was Polak doing on Boston's second goal? He stared at the puck carrier and forgot all about Marchand. Then, when the puck was passed to Marchand who was a distance behind him, Polak whiffed with a one-handed poke to try and deflet the pass. Then, he slowly turned around and half-heartedly whiffed again trying to stop Marchand's shot while just sort of standing there looking baffled.

You always take the man in that situation, not the puck...
