Won’t be so easy to lock up a couple points before the big break without Miro.

It's official with the league.

Good to see. I thought he was done.

I got a ranch in downtown Dallas/I buy diamonds by the ton/Chase cuties in my Cadillac/Drill oil wells just for fun/But when it comes to boots, I need a deal/That will fit me right, toe to heel/So I get my boots at Western Warehouse.

I'd dress 7 dmen if I were Bowness, just in case.

Again, I don't see why Kiviranta should be punished by putting him on the the 4th line, he was one of the best in the Buffalo fiasco. On the other hand, it's cool to put Benn and Seguin with a real and experienced leader, a guy that can show them the way and be the "loco" of the line.

The CDC line was also the "best" one, so why splitting it and merge them with the two P's anchors ...?

Dickinson, Comeau and Cogliano did played well together, and I would think they will get minutes with each other. Putting Pavelski with Perry, too slow.

Heiskanen and Faksa being hurt put a delay on Nill needing to make a roster decision. Also kept Bowness from making a lineup decision.

Honestly, this is what I was expecting to get for this entire season. The fact that we’re only getting it 1/3 to 1/2 of the time is a huge win.

Also, we’ve scored first four times in the last 15 games.

That’s 22 months of rust where his only test came in the AHL where that probably works.

This is a solid team effort of suck.

Maybe they’re just showcasing that Johns is still drawing breath so some team will claim him on waivers next week

Is there an option to just forfeit a game when it gets this bad?

So Bowness wants shot attempts but the team doesn’t generate shot attempts. What’s up with that? Are they not doing what he wants, or are his other ultra-conservative defensive demands hampering the team's ability to generate shots?

Their heads are already on whatever beach they’re flying to after the game.

Bad coaching, period.

Seguin blocks a shot early into a PK. He sprints up ice where he’s one one one with a defender. Five years ago, it might be a scoring chance. Today, he’s caught from behind.

Oh, and another goal against. This makes two very bad losses in a row.

Yes, Perry made contact with the goalie, but the goalie then ripping his own mask off is childish and should have been a delay of game penalty.

Perry seems like the only one who gives a *poo poo*. Bullshit effort from this team.

Yeah. It's really hard to watch him sometimes now. I do miss 2013 Seguin.

The last two games are 11 goals against to one goal scored.

And the Stars are still giving up easy chances in front of the net. Wow. It’s not even like they are coming because they team is going all out trying to score.

Tonight is what this team is without Vezina goaltending. Against Buffalo Bishop did his job and held it to two goals against.

I've been thinking about that for a while too. If the Stars don't have lights out goaltending, they aren't a contender.

11-to-1 since Gallant became available, you mean.

In all fairness to our defense, that 7th goal was total luck.

It was. The sixth goal was a horrible look with Johns right there poling at the puck instead of trying up the man. Lead to a very easy goal.

We are at the all star break, and there are already seven guys with more points than any Dallas Star is likely to end the season with.

So are rosters frozen now? If so, does that also mean coaches can't be changed either?
