That works for me. Dowling seems like a vaguely fine 4th-liner, but he hasn't scored and Caamano has. And Caamano looked really good in his role when he was up.

Healthy scratch Benn or Radulov or Pavelski.

The Stars would suffer and $8.8 million cap hits the next five seasons followed by five more seasons of $0.333 million cap hits. Because most of his money is signing bonus, there's virtually no savings.

NMC means he can't be placed on waivers except for the purposes of a buyout, I believe.

That's the vicious circle of such albatross contracts. Regardless of the NTC/MNC clauses, even if the player sucks you have to play him significant minutes as well as in the PP to augment the chances of production, hence maintaining somehow his value to the market in case of a potential trade, movement or whatsoever.

I don't think a lack of effort qualifies for LTIR.

The Stars will face a team with the same woes, but amplified.

I bet the shootout goes on so long the NHL just forces them both to forfeit without any points.

Keep putting their lowly asses on the secondary Fox plus channel. They need to earn their way back to the main channel.

Saw that one coming. Zucker camped out all alone because both Klingberg and Lindell chase the same guy behind the net... and neither can get the puck.

*f-bomb*, this team plays dumber and dumber.

What the *f-bomb* are doing both Lindell and Klingberg behind the goal line... Midget mistake.

If I was any good with screen grabs, I’d show one of those last chances the Wild had in front of the net. All five Stars players were within five feet of the net. They are playing terrified in their own end and collapsing like a team who doesn’t trust their goalie.
