How often are these supposed to be worn?

Combine the Neon jerseys, these, and the Winter Classics with what will likely be a shortened schedule, will the Stars even wear their regular uniforms?

Depends if the league allows teams to change jerseys between periods.

Why is the bottom of it white and not green like the originals?
It's like they mashed up the 99-2007 whites and the 2007-2013 ones.
Ugh. Gross. Not buying.

This. Just fill the bottom with green, make the silver darker for better contrast and, while not being perfect, you get a much better result. It just adds to the overall frustration with the high hopes coming from the first teasing pics. {sigh}
And did you notice the Dallas wordmark on the pants' side? Me neither.
Besides that, I was sure the League came up with that reverse retro idea in the desperate look for additional revenues due to the pandemic but this concept has been initialized in spring 2019, like the blackout alternate.
Oh, and fire Razor from the design committee even if it's too late.

We’re Not Going Home - watch it on YouTube because they don’t bleep anything
- Interesting to see guys taking their gear off after a game and stuffing it in equipment bags because they had to clear out of the room quickly. Made it look like a beer league game.
- The show has to blow through each game in about 30 seconds. Trying to give a lot of time to 27 games in a 60 minute program is tough.
- The road dressing room in Edmonton is very spare.
- Euro hockey players sure don’t look like pro athletes when playing basketball.
- Heard more from Jamie Benn in this video than I’ve heard from him in any interview over the past five years. I know he hated the *poo poo* he took after the jokes about the Sedins, but he’d do himself a lot of good if he’d open up even a little. He clearly has personality. It’s also funny that, when he’s speaking more naturally and not thinking of the cameras, he also sounds more Canadian.
- Bowness is very much the cool and supportive uncle or grandpa more than coach.
- Kiviranta’s game seven is still a ton of fun.
- The camera loves Khudobin. He really needs a reality show.
- Some of these guys are serious about their video games.
- Klingberg is in serious need of some front teeth.
Good to watch overall.

WIth bubble concepts as a possibility, we still might see some decent game time. But it's a big "if"...
Otherwise, I address this to the Pacific reminiscence: ..|..

Seeing more and more of the Invisible jersey has made me appreciate the Neon one now ... Great Marketing!

I saw the black and green one at one of Connor's hockey games recently and damn, it looks way better in person.

Good riddance Shapiro and congrats to Saad. I look forward to getting annoyed with him and turning on him like his predecessor.

For the most part I liked Shapiro's work way more than Yousuf's. I wouldn't say either are amazing writers but Yousuf seems to lack in substance some.

Shapiro wasn't afraid to write stuff the team didn't want him to write. Basically the anti-Heika.

Re: 2020 Stars Off-Season Thread
Yeah, I guess that's what I liked about him. He'd actually have opinions. One was that Gurianov wouldn't make it as an NHLer and he admitted his mistake, but at least he shared his opinion based upon what he though at the time. He has also called out Benn and Seguin multiple times.
He did reference and link to the "horseshit" article/incident way too much, but I understand why he did.

Re: 2020 Stars Off-Season Thread
This is way off topic. But, I forgot that Mark used to do an old-school mailing list of Stars news.
Yahoo was threatening to delete all my emails on an old account that has emails going all the way back to 2003. So, I've been going back through it and archiving everything important. Mark sent emails with every stars update in the 03-04 and cancelled 04-05 seasons. How quaint a mailing list seems today
I also have an email exchange with "starheadlady" about Guy Carbonneau and "ropercussion" who also used to post with us. Apparently I got a bunch of tickets from him and I don't even remember that...
