I hope he grows up to be a goalie and the Stars draft him.

Kari Lehtonen will start vs. Blues. Stars will call up backup. Backup will play in the 3rd period.

Frugal should be at the top of that list.

Why did they use 4 seasons? Was that the only way to get them to the top of the list? I'm assuming 4 years ago they hit a shitload. But 4 years doesn't seem all the relevant to me given the turnover on the team. So what would it be the last 2 seasons?

I also don't know that I trust every arena's stat tracker to account for posts being hit the same way.

One one hand Honka is in, so it’s a guaranteed win, but on the other hand Lehtonen is in, which a guaranteed loss.

I don't think Bishop would be that much better right now.

I'm fairly certain that the big man's back is still bugging him;

Interesting to hear Razor talk about advanced stats. Apparently, the current trend is to use some system called Pucks. And the measurement they care about now is five on five quality scoring chances.

I smell a good old fashioned-country time goaltender controversy brewing.

Bishop is so very average.

Lehtonen was actually really good against the Rangers. The problem with Lehtonen is that he can look brilliant when the pressure is off. But, as soon as he realizes people expect him to be brilliant consistently, he falls apart.

Also,it’s very refreshing to see Fiddler on road game analysis instead of DJ Douche Sturm.

Sturm is kind of annoying. He does nothing but talk about the 1999 Stars team and always tries to connect the present to that team.

I like Sturm. But he's no Ric Renner.
